By accessing or using OFCOURSE (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
You retain ownership of content you create on the Platform (posts, comments, courses). By posting content, you grant OFCOURSE a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the Platform. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
Purchases are processed by Stripe. All sales are final unless otherwise stated by the course creator. Refund policies are set by individual course creators.
Users must treat each other with respect. Harassment, spam, and hate speech are prohibited. Community owners are responsible for moderating their communities. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
Course content is owned by its respective creators. The OFCOURSE platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by HwinNwin. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the platform without permission.
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
